The Best Cream Blushes of All Time

2023 is the year of cream products and I have definitely been influenced to buy and try a fair share of cream products. My everyday makeup routine pretty much solely consists of cream products and as summer is approaching, I have nailed down the best cream blushes for summer. So with all of the new cream blush launches coming out, I want to break down the best blushes that I cannot stop reaching for in my collection. So whether this is your first cream blush purchase or your twentieth, you need these in your collection.

Tower 28 BeachPlease Lip + Cheek Cream Blush

I have been the biggest fan of Tower 28 as a brand for years now and the cream blushes absolutely live up to the standard of the other products. I love this cream blush because the formula and the price point. You get so much product for $20 and there are so many shades to choose from. The formula is great because it is super pigmented, but blends out so nicely on the skin. I love to apply this using a stipple brush because I can get the perfect amount of product on the skin and blend all in one step.

This is the thickest cream blush formula out of the ones in this list, but it does not look cakey or slide around on the skin. If you have dry skin, this formula is perfect, because it leaves a glowy sheen on the skin and it does not wear off throughout the day. I have worn this product for 12 hours without setting it and it looked amazing at the end of the day. There are currently 7 shades with various undertones so it a perfect selection for all skin tones.

I have the shade Magic Hour and I love this shade because it goes beyond the normal pinky blush shade. This color really is the perfect pinky nude because it makes my cheeks look super plump and dewy, but still gives dimension to my face. This shade blends in perfectly with my cream bronzer which just makes the entire makeup look appear very natural.

Rose Inc Cream Blush Refillable Lip and Cheek Color

I recently discovered this brand when I tried these blushes and I quickly became obsessed. These cream pluses are the perfect product to layer over or under powder products. The formula is very buildable so it is great for beginners or anyone that does not want to worry about going in with a heavy hand. I have two shades and they are perfect if you are looking for a light and natural finish blush. I also apply this with a brush and even after several layers, this product is super lightweight. Because of how buildable this formula is, this is great to apply with a more dense brush since you can pick up more product and easily blend the formula.

I also have to mention that these are refillable so you can save money by re-purchasing the magnetic blush pan and reusing the packaging. This product comes in 9 unique shades so I love that you can find the perfect shade.

I currently own the shades Heliotrope and Delphine and I love the brightening effect they give to the skin. Because of the thin formula, this product done not add any weight or texture to your makeup which makes the product sit very naturally on the skin. I wear Heliotrope the most often because it is my perfect pinky blush that gives my skin a really healthy glow and appearance.

Ilia Multi-stick

I normally do not like stick products as much because the formulas can be a little drier and harder to blend out on the skin. However, the Ilia multistick is super creamy and has a much more glowy formula making it much easier to blend. I like that this blush is more of a putty texture so you are able to really work it into your skin and it won't dry down too quickly. If you are a girl on the go, you will love this product because it is super easy to apply with your brush or fingers and the packing makes it perfect to throw in your handbag or makeup bag. I like applying this with a fluffy brush like a small stipple brush so that you can work the product in without sliding it around your skin.

This cream blush is incredibly long lasting even when you don't set it with powder so it is perfect for dry or oily skin. However, if your skin is sensitive to scented products, I would be careful with this one because even though you can not smell the product on your skin, it does have a strong floral scent in the tube. I have the colors At Last and Dreamer and what makes this product so different from the other two is that all of the shades have beautiful undertones to match a very natural flush. I love wearing Dreamer in the summer because it gives the perfect sun kissed sunburnt look without having to go in the sun. And even though I am applying product to my skin, the undertones and color blend so seamlessly that it actually looks like I have been in the sun all day.
